Annie Bell (Oakley) Carlis, age 81, a resident of Tulsa, OK, answered her heavenly call on Sunday, April 27, 2014. On February 28th, 1933 the Lord blessed Robert Toney and Mattie Hankins with their perfect angel, Annie Bell Toney.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Eddie Oakley.
