They had a family of seven children.
She was predeceased by her husband on January 28, 1945 and also her son Frank on May 1, 1947.
She was survived by her sons Thomas E. Murphy, Robert G. Murphy and William G. Murphy all of Neville and Hubert of Edmonton. She was also survived by her daughters Mrs. Raymond Burton (Ruth) of Concord, California and Mrs. R. J. Wood (Edith) of Regina. She was also surived by her sister Jemima Edwards of Merrickville.
