RITES TOMORROW FOR SHELBY COUNTY NATIVE

Funeral services for George T. Nugent, 83, Shelby county native, will be held at the home at 1120 Union St. in Columbus at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, it was learned here today.
Mr. Nugent died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home after being ill for three years and bedfast since last October. Rev. A. F. Byrn of Lewis Creek will conduct the last rites and burial will be in Garland Brook cemetery in Columbus.
A farmer and road contractor, Mr. Nugent had resided in Columbus for the past 45 years. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Johnson, Shelby county, the widow, Mrs. Mary Jane Nugent and six children, Ernest, Ramey, Millard and John Nugent and Mrs. Richard McClintic, all of Columbus, and Clyde Nugent of Grammar.
