One of four daughters of Joseph and Elise Gail Rogers Ratliff. She married Neal R. Haight on August 22, 1931 in Denver, Colorado. Mother of two sons: Robert A., Patrick and daughter, Kelly. She was a Fireball of energy and took care of many in her life time, especially through the Depression years, helping raise her two nephews: Homer E. Ramsey and Daniel D. Wilson. when their mothers had to take jobs that did not afford them the ability to take their children with them. In later years she helped raise all of her grand children. She was the Family Story Teller, GREAT STORIES! She loved her Family, reading murder mysteries, working cross words, table puzzles and going to garage/rummage sales. Her favorite television shows were Murder She Wrote, Mash and Matlock, watching every episode several times. each. In her younger years she was very artistic and had a knack for foreign languages. She was a dedicated Christian, Baptist and always set aside her tithe sharing it with the church and those in need. She mourned the death of her husband for exactly 20 years and 6 months to the day... before she joined him.
