VELPIN—Lela Kay Traylor, 50, of Velpen, passed away at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in Petersburg.

Lela was born on June 17, 1963 in Washington, to Leland E. and Patty (Sullivan) English.

She is survived by a son, Trevor Traylor, Velpen; mother, Patty J. Sullivan, Petersburg; stepmother; two sisters, Tammy (Terry)Queen of Owensville, Sandra Delap, Winslow; six brothers, Keith (Cheri) English, Scottsdale, Ariz, William Carl English, Winslow, Steve (Tammie) English, Winslow, Terry (Debbie)Brothers of Petersburg, Bill Brothers of Petersburg, Rick (Lisa) Brothers of Evansville and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by one son, Lance Harbison, her father Leland E. English, and her companion Ron "Buster" Traylor.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, with burial to follow at a later date.
