Mary Ann Smyser, 88, of West Manchester Township, died at 11:32 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Country Meadows of York.
She was the wife of Stewart L. Smyser. Born December 1, 1925 in Manchester Township, a daughter of the late Albert and Burtuis (Emig) Hykes.
She was retired as office administrator for Air Products and Chemicals, and was a member of Saint Paul's Wolf's Evangelical Covenant Church.
In addition to her husband of 63 years, Mrs. Smyser is survived by four daughters, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Albert W. Hykes and a sister, Dorothy Cluck.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Saint Paul's Wolf's Evangelical Covenant Church, 4501 Wolf's Church Road, York
A visitation with the family will immediately follow the services.
Burial will be in Saint Paul's Wolf's Church Cemetery. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, Shiloh, is in charge of arrangements.
