Ethel was the daughter of Joseph Sylvester Dayhuff and Sarah Whitson.

Mrs. Harry M. Class, W2624 Liberty, died suddenly yesterday just 24 hours after her husband was stricken fatally with a heart attack. Mr. Class died Wednesday. He was a veteran of World war I and the Spanish-American war. Mr. and Mrs. Class were both members of the Episcopal church. They died at the home in which they had lived for 35 years. The bodies are at the Hazen & Jaeger funeral home. Spokane Register December 31, 1948
