ETHRIDGE - Kenneth Dwain Blake, 62, of Ethridge, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Alvin C. York Veteran's Hospital.
Services were conducted Saturday at Neal Funeral Home with Ed Daniel and Roger Hendrix officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery with full military honors.
The Lawrence County native was the son of the late Frances Miller and Paul Henry Blake. He was a retired dairy farmer. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his daughter, Ginger Williams of Columbia; sons, Tory Blake and Benjamin Blake, both of Ethridge; step-daughter, Misty Massey of Ethridge; a step-son, Brian Jones of Ethridge; a grandson; and four step-grandchildren.
