Eloisa Yturriaga de Ynostrosa was the daughter of Joaquin Yturriaga and Lucia Espinosa de Yturriaga. She married Chile native Ygnacio Ynostrosa on Nov. 2, 1873 and they were the parents of Thomas Ynostrosa, Ignacio Inostroza, Mary Ynostrosa Coronado, Blanche Ynostrosa Padilla and Michael Ynostrosa all of San Jose. After Ygnacio's death on April 5, 1889, Eloisa married Rafael Selaya and was the mother of Rose Selaya Kendrick of San Jose; Fred Inocencio Selaya of Alameda County and Concha Selaya, who was living with her Uncle Joaquin Yturriaga at the time of the 1900 census, but is not listed on any public record after that time.
