Conley Albert Welch, 84 years, passed away on April 19, 2014 at his home.

Conley was born March 16, 1930 in Hammond, MO to Bennie A. and Francis (Boyles) Welch.

Conley lived in Ava for the last 20 years after moving from Ocie. He worked construction and was a dairy farmer.

Conley was a Christian. He enjoyed working and loved to talk to people.

Conley was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Carrel, Curtis, and Curby.

Conley is survived by his wife Mona of the home, a son, Donald Welch of Kirbyville, Mo, a daughter, Janice White of Kansas City, MO, five grandchildren, Angela White, Travis Welch, Wayne Welch, Brian White, And Luke Welch, 7 great grandchildren, a brother, Cecil Welch, Salem, AR, and several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Conley will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Lutie Cemetery, Theodosia, MO. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor David Evans. Memorials may be made to the Senior Citizens Center Meals on Wheels program.
