According to the Omaha death register she was four months old, nativity Nebraska, died of pneumonia on August 11, 1890 and was buried December 1, 1906 in Holy Sepulchre cemetery. Holy Sepulchre burial cards state that "Cook's three children were moved to this lot" in 1906.
