Mrs. FANNIE BOWERS, 63 West Franklin street, died at the Washington County Hospital yesterday afternoon from the results of a fall last Thursday at which time she fractured her hip. She was 83 years old. She was the wife of Thomas Bowers, deceased, and the daughter of the late Jacob and Elizabeth Lopp Shoppert Bowers, Sharpsburg.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Drenner, Mrs. Tenna Eichelberger and Mrs. Daisy Kennedy, all of this city; sons, Charles W., Washington, DC, and Gardner C., this city; brothers, Seibert and Tilden, Martinsburg; sisters, Miss India, Martinsburg and Mrs. Molly Price, this city.

Funeral services were held at the Leaf Funeral Home, Williamsport; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
