Myrtle Agnes was one of 8 children born to William and Alice Bonum Lehmann in a log cabin on her father's farm in Trempealeau Co., WI.

On 21 June 1924, Myrtle married Howard Lewis Packard in Trempealeau Co., WI. Howard died in 1959.

Myrtle was a member of the Daughters of The Revolution, tracing her ancestry back to Miles Standish, and one of her relatives, A. Lily, participated in The Boston Tea Party. She was also active in her church, and was a member of the Winona Chapter 141, Order of the Eastern Star.

Myrtle was a 1910 graduate of the Winona Business College.

She was a resident of the Watkins United Methodist Home in Winona when she died.
