Coy H. Cameron, 72, of Mount Pleasant died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, in Mount Pleasant.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008, at Old Union Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Horn officiating. Interment will follow at Old Union Cemetery under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Roger Dickson, Scotty Alpha, Sammy Thomas, Billy Gene Reynolds, James Reynolds and Ronny Moore. Honorary pallbearers are Johnny Ray Miles, Clayton Anderson, Hunter Gann, Hayden Gann and Andy Clinton.
Ms. Cameron was born on May 3, 1936, in Titus County, the daughter of Jim Pence and Carrie Bell Reynolds. She was a member of Old Union Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Aaron Gann, and Diane and Scotty Alpha, all of Mount Pleasant; two granddaughters, Heather Clinton and spouse Andy of Mount Vernon, and Colleen Anderson of Mount Pleasant; three grandsons, Hunter Gann, Hayden Gann and Clayton Anderson, all of Mount Pleasant; and a great-grandson; three brothers, Roy Neal Reynolds, Cecil Lee Reynolds and wife, Helen, and Alford Reynolds; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Reynolds and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jim Bell Reynolds, Olice Leon Reynolds and Bearns Reynolds; and three sisters, Martha Jane Reynolds, Mary Elizabeth Reynolds and Mottie Alice Miles.
The family will receive friends from 7 n 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
