LANCASTER, Calif. - Clara Ann Pachall, 78, died Monday, December 12, 2005 in a California hospital following a long illness. She was a former Alice resident of many years and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Alice. She was preceded in death by her husband; and by her oldest granddaughter, Shelia Pachall, in 1986.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Lee Pachall Sr. of California City, Calif.; four daughters, Shirley Ann Pachall of Alice, Texas, Ruby Mae Herbert of Kerrville, Texas, Betty Sue Williams of Corpus Christi, Texas and Nancy Lou Harrington of Corpus Christi, Texas; two brothers, Paul Wiese and Milton Wiese of Normangee, Texas; one sister, Selma Strutz of Normangee, Texas, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 10 a.m. in the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel in Alice. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dececember 17, 2005 in the Roberson Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow In the Alice Cemetery.
