Betty R. Engle, 61, of 3012 W. Krause died Monday, March 9, 1992, at Methodist Medical Center.
Born Aug. 10, 1930, in Joelton, Tenn., to John and Hattie Perry Krantz, she married Paul Engle on July 28, 1951, in Nashville, Tenn.
He survives along with six sisters, Leoma Vining and Edith Pardue, both of Sebastian, Fla., Ethel Johnson and Mrs. Johnnie (Lou) Neal, both of Nashville, Peggy Linder of Pensacola, Fla., and Martha Knight of Joelton. One daughter, one brother, and one sister preceded her in death.
She was a bindery operator at Howard Printing Co. for 28 years and at Logan Printing Co. for two years.
She was a member of Laramie Street Baptist Church and South Side Post 8662 Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary.
Burial of ashes will be in Parkview Cemetery.
