July 21, 1941-July 9, 2011 Charles William "Bill" Bussear, 69, Redkey, died Saturday at his home. Born in Muncie to Raymond L. and Miriam Evelyn (Molton) Bussear, he was a 1959 graduate of Redkey High School and a 1965 graduate of Ball State University, where he earned his master's degree and principal's license. He is survived by his wife Beverley (Ruble) Bussear. He was director of food services for the Jay School Corporation and a member of Redkey Faith Ministries, Redkey Lions Club, Jay County Fair Board, Redkey Halfway Lodge F&AM and Scottish Rite Valley of Fort Wayne. Surviving besides his wife is a daughter, Christinia Renee McIntire, Muncie; a son, Eric W. Bussear (wife: Maryellen), Boca Raton, Fla.; and six grandchildren. Services are Thursday at 11 a.m. at Redkey Faith Ministries. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Redkey. Visitation is Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and prior to services on Thursday at the church. Halfway Lodge F&AM will conduct Masonic rites on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be sent to Redkey Faith Ministries, 9811 West Ind. 67, Redkey, IN 47373. M.J.S. Mortuaries Redkey Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
