Lenora E. Griffiths, 86, of Woodburn, Ore., a former North Idaho resident, died Monday at a Salem, Ore., hospital of causes incident to aging.
Mrs. Griffiths had resided in the Culdesac area, at Kooskia, and in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley before moving to Oregon to be closer to her children in about 1970.
She married the Rev. Percival J. Griffiths there and he survives at their home at Woodburn.
She was born June 12, 1897, at Culdesac to William and Myrtle Alfrey.
She attended schools at Culdesac and then married Charlie Overman. They made their home at Rosetta, near Culdesac, where he farmed and worked for wages. They later separated.
She married Fred Warrell, a sheep and cattle rancher, and they resided at Kooskia for many years, then at Clarkston and Lewiston. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Neighborhood Advent Christian Church at Lewiston.
Survivors in addition to her husband are a daughter, Lois Kingsberry of Lacomb, Ore.; a son, Cecil Overman of Lacomb; stepson Hilton Griffiths of Salem, Ore.; two sisters, Iva Tonkinson and Clara James, both of Clarkston; two brothers, Joe Alfrey of Lewiston and Dick Alfrey of Sweetwater; 10 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and
10 great-great-grandchildren.
Two sons and a daughter preceded her in death.
