Mrs. Ella G. Witt, 75, of Wellersburg, died March 14, 1975, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland. Born Aug. 6, 1899, in Southampton Township, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Smith) Troutman. During World War II, she had been employed at Kelly-Springfield Tire Company in Cumberland. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Wellersburg; the Ladies Auxiliary of Foreign Wars, Somerset, and the Senior Citizens Club of Cumberland. Surviving are her husband, Earl Wilbur Witt; a son, Donald E. Witt, Hyndman; four daughters, Mrs. Marie Nehring and Mrs. Hazel Munday, both of Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Wilhelmina Neubiser and Mrs. Betty Ringler, both of Wellersburg; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Eugene Troutman, and a sister, Mrs. Geneva Emerick, both of Hyndman RD 1. Funeral service was conducted Monday afternoon in Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with Rev. John Miller officiating. Interment in Sunset Memorial Park.
