Laverne R. Berg, age 84, of Minneapolis, formerly of Green Bay, WI. She was born in Green Bay where she lived until 2001 when she moved to the Twin Cities to be closer to her son. Much of her adult life she painted in watercolor as a hobby. Her paintings are distributed amongst her loved ones where they are cherished.
Survived by children Frank (Mary Ellen) Berg, Sally (Robert) Lewis; grandchildren Chris, Matt, and Andy, Brenda & Bob; great-grandchildren Alex, Nicky, Carrie, David, and Mollie; sister Doris Rabideau; many nieces and nephews; and many beloved in-laws in and around Appleton, WI. Preceded in death by husband Francis, brother Donald Corby, and sister Rhoda Lee.
A Memorial Service will be Monday, September 18th, 11 a.m. at Woodlake Church Chapel, 7625 Oliver Avenue, Richfield, Minnesota. Family will greet friends one hour before the service. Graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006, at Alloyez Cemetery, 2121 Riverside Dr., Green Bay.
