Scott Allen Taylor
November 9, 1955 ~ April 3, 2014

Scott Allen Taylor, eternal companion to Jody Taylor, has passed away after a valiant 30 year battle with health problems. His course of life has been one of great learning and he is my hero! The lasting love and tender seeds he planted in the hearts of his posterity will forever bloom.

Scott was born of loving parents, who both passed away much too soon, Ezra Robert and Geraldine Price Taylor on November 9, 1955. He is loved by his older brother, Gary (Gene) Taylor, sisters, Julie (Kerry) Hill and Pam (Steve) Dickerson. Scott's greatest joy was his family, Brandy (Andy) Christensen, Tyler (Jennifer) Taylor, Jamey Taylor, Adam Taylor; amazing grandchildren, Travis Taylor, Payton McCluskey, Destine Taylor, Jordan McCluskey, Brayden Taylor, Ashlyn Christensen, Hadyn Christensen and Wyatt Christensen. Scott also had a great love for Kevin McCluskey, Jase and Kaylee Spencer, Kylee and Kazree Wessman, and his second mother, Aunt Betty Taylor.

Scott has an incredible testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints influenced by valiant home teachers who simply loved him and were instrumental in changing the course of his spiritual progression. From this example, Scott became a valiant dedicated home teacher who even through his own hard trials rarely missed visiting the families he had stewardship over.

Our papa bear, dad and sweetheart may now move freely about as he prepares our heavenly home.

Interment, West Point Cemetery.
