Geraldine Alverson Gambrell, 70, of 608 H.I. Taylor Road, died Saturday, July 21, 2001, at her home.
She was a daughter of the late Dewey Pelham and Mina Lee Griffin Alverson and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Carl Jewel Gambrell; daughter, Carol Regina Riley of Williamston; sisters, Margie Smith of Anderson, and Virginia Brock of Greenwood; brother, Russell Alverson of Honea Path; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
