Ada Bernice Sergeant, 68, of Grinnell, died late Tuesday evening at Grinnell General Hospital. The daughter of Morton M and Dollie V Evans Gregson, she was born 16 Jan 1904 near the Blue Point area. She attended public schools and was graduated from Grinnell High School with the class of 1924. On 15 Apr 1928 she was married to William J Sergeant. The couple had 2 children; Aline Louise Hill who died 15 Jan 1969 and Charles J Sergeant at Grinnell College. Survivors include her son....(missing information)....death by husband; her daughter;and 3 sisters, Mrs Pearl Bitcon, Grace Gregson who died in infancy, and Mrs Agnes Peterson. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery.
