OBITUARY
Mrs. Sarah Josephine Edmundson was born Jan. 16, 1843, and died after a lingering illness Jan. 17, 1905. She was married July 4, 1865, Wm. F. Edmundson who lived but a few years. On Oct. 3, 1872, she married Abner Edmundson who died here in 1897. Her children who are left to mourn the passing away of a kind and loving mother are: Mrs. Anna Conway and William E. Edmundson, living in Iowa; Ira W., Thomas W., Abner E., Warren L. and Julia V. who are at home. Funeral services were held at the M.E. church Friday, Jan. 20. Rev. R.V. Maloney officiating, burial in Abilene cemetery.
