Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully Thursday April 10, 2014 at her home in Bountiful, Utah.
Born November 22, 1929 in St. George, Utah to parents Warren Lee Cox and Golda Maude Prince. She was the 6th of 7 children. She met and married the love of her life, Grant J. Tobler from Santa Clara, Utah on May 5, 1947, later sealed in the Salt Lake City L.D.S. Temple on September 20, 1950 for time and all eternity. They have been married for 66 years and have resided in Bountiful, Utah where they raised 9 children, 5 daughters and 4 sons. She loved her family dearly and she had a wonderful love of her Savior Jesus Christ. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She loved nature, her cabin in the mountains, flowers, her bird houses, singing and playing the piano.
Dorothy Cox Tobler, is survived by her children and siblings,43 grandchildren, 82 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Grant J. Tobler, granddaughter, MaryLyn Neimoyer, parents Warren Lee Cox and Golda Maude Prince and brothers Lee Warren Cox, Donald Cox.
The Tobler family would like to thank First Choice Home Health, Hospice Services, Huntsman Cancer Institute and Home Depot for the loving care they showed our mother.
