WINDHAM - Lenora "Midge" Ingraham, 75, died Feb. 3, 2001, at the Maple Wood Care Centre after a lengthy illness.

Born Dec. 8, 1925 in Boliver, Pa., she was the daughter of Edward and Catherine (McElwee) Beckner. She was a 50-year resident of Windham, and a homemaker.

Mrs. Ingraham was a Sunday School teacher and choir member at Church of Christ Congregational in Windham. She also was active in the Helping Hand Society and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Windham. She was an avid bowler, but most enjoyed time with family and her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, William Ingraham, whom she married Aug. 21, 1942; son, William Jr. of Brimfield; daughter, Noralee Ingraham of Stow; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Edward Beckner of Southington, George Beckner of Newton Falls; sisters, Olive Beckner of Newton Falls and Shirley Dolan of Ravenna.

Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home in Garrettsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. David Howell officiating. Burial will be at Windham Township Cemetery.
