Alice Marie Elrod, 74, of Mt. Herman, OK passed away March 30, 2014 at Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, TX. She was born February 20, 1940 in Sherwood, OK the daughter of Alex and Mammie (Dyer) Barrick.
Alice was affiliated with the Hochatown Assembly of God. She loved playing with her grandbabies and enjoyed fishing, canning, sewing, gardening and cooking family breakfast and taking care of her family. Alice had lived in this area all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Mammie Barrick; two husbands, Oscar Vance and Jim Elrod, five brothers, Harman, Wesley, Earl, Martin Ray, R.H. eight sisters, Odessa, Verggie, Florence, Lois, Annie Mae, Pansey, Gracie and Ida; one grandson, Brad Gammon
