Alice was affiliated with the Hochatown Assembly of God. She loved playing with her grandbabies and enjoyed fishing, canning, sewing, gardening and cooking family breakfast and taking care of her family. Alice had lived in this area all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Mammie Barrick; two husbands, Oscar Vance and Jim Elrod, five brothers, Harman, Wesley, Earl, Martin Ray, R.H. eight sisters, Odessa, Verggie, Florence, Lois, Annie Mae, Pansey, Gracie and Ida; one grandson, Brad Gammon

Family will receive friends from 6 PM - 8 PM Tuesday evening at Brumley Funeral Home.
