Cora was the daughter of James S. & Matilda Coates Noel. She married Martin Constantine on November 28, 1890 in Floyd County, Indiana. The couple lived in Sparta and Glencoe, Kentucky and moved to Lexington, prior to 1904. They were the parents of James Howard, Lillian, Nolan Noel, Raymond Martin, Martin Emmett, Jerry Jay, Corinne and Clara Constantine. Mrs. Constantine passed away from the effects of a coronary occlusion, with a duration of three days, complicated by a history of arteriosclerosis.
