She met the love of her life Floyd Devlin in Orofino, and they were married for 49 years before he passed away. They had two children, Bill Devlin and Julie Kimbley.
She was an active member of the Women of the Moose, the Rebekah Lodge and the Eastern Star.
After moving to Lewiston, Norma worked as a bookkeeper at Idaho Truck Sales and Jonathan's Restaurant. She also worked for the Nez Perce County in the Treasurer's Office.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two brothers, Delbert Adams, and Frank Adams; and a sister, Millie Johnson.
