Survived by her father; her significant other; 2 daughters, Shannon L. Donovan of Lynn, and Amanda L. Kozak and her husband, Josh Gauthier, of Peabody; three siblings, Butch A. Soper of Salem, Paula F. Soper of Gloucester and Frances M. Blackington and her husband, John T. Jr., of Plano, Texas; 4 grandchildren; 3 nephews.

BEVERLY - Tammy Jean (Soper) Kozak, 56, passed away Monday, March 24th at her home in Salem. Born in Beverly, she is the daughter of the late Jean F. Soper and Ralph A. Soper of Amesbury.

Tammy grew up in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School, class of 1976. She was an excellent cook, and made great spaghetti sauce. Tammy loved the beach, especially Good Harbor in Gloucester and she also enjoyed eating at Woodman's. Tammy also enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Most of all, Tammy loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her significant other and best friend Paul Moulton of Salem; two daughters: Shannon L. Donovan of Lynn, and Amanda L. Kozak and her husband Josh Gauthier of Peabody; three siblings: Butch A. Soper of Salem, Paula F. Soper of Gloucester and Frances M. Blackington and her husband John T. Jr. of Plano, Texas; four grandchildren: Brianna L. Donovan, Nicole E. Donovan, Christian Gauthier and Camron Kozak, along with three nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell-Lee, Moody Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, North Beverly on Friday from 4 to 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Memorial Service will be held privately. Memorial Donations may be made in Tammy's Memory to Lifebridge, P.O. Box 810, Salem, MA 01970.
