Her husband, Harold Yonke, whom she married Feb. 16, 1927, died March 16, 1961.
She was a dry cleaning finisher, employed at various firms in the Kankakee area.
Surviving are one sister, Ida Absher of Clifton; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two infant children, Donald and Karen; and four brothers, Eric, Harry, Louis and Edwin Balk.
She enjoyed crafts.
