Mrs. Dorothy K. Dressler, 84, formerly of Windfall Road and the Bethel Community, died at 5:50 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at Beverly Healthcare in Titusville, where she had been a resident since October 2002. Mrs. Dressler was born on Jan. 11, 1920, in Titusville, a daughter of the late Eber and Esther Davis Kerr. She was married to Clarence M. Dressler on May 16, 1942, in Titusville. He preceded her in death on March 13, 2000.

She was a graduate of the Titusville High School, class of 1938 and a graduate of the Franklin Business College. Mrs. Dressler had been employed as a bookkeeper for many years at Robinson's Wallcoverings. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Titusville B.P.W. She enjoyed cooking, helping others and reading. She was a correspondent for the Bethel News. She had cared for children from the Sheffield Children's Home. ...

Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
