She was born on July 9, 1936 to Louis and Virginia (Taylor) Smith in Quitman, MS.
Ruthie is survived by her sons, Keith and Terry Reynolds and wives; brothers, Jack and Ray Smith; sisters, Earline Reeves and Faye White; 9 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Josey Reynolds; son, Donnie Reynolds and parents, Louis Webb and Virginia Smith.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, 1:00 pm at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Smith and Rev. Perry Smith officiating.
