Mr. Castrodale is survived by his parents of Newville, Pa., wife Emily; son and daughter; and two sisters; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Calvary Presbyterian Church.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church. An additional memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Springmoor Retirement Community.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 6520 Ray Road, Raleigh, N. C. 27613 or the charity of one's choice.
