Mr. Braley, a native of Killduff, lived in the Kellogg area most of his life. A Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion, he retired after working for Midwest Manufacturing here and Vermeer Manufacturing at Pella.
Among survivors are two sons, Wallace Jr. and David, both of Kellogg; a daughter [Redacted] Shepard of Marshalltown; a sister, Susan Verwers of Lee's Summit, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
