He was married 3 times, he married his last wife Daurice on February 6, 1965 in Calexico, California. Bub died on March 1, 1978 in Radec, California. He was predeceased in death by his Father Clyde, Grandparents Newton and Narcissa Laughlin and J.P. and Mary Roberson. He was survied by his wife of 12 Years Daurice, Step-Son John Richard Parker and wife Linda, Step-Granddaughter Lisa Jan Parker, Mother Ethel Roberson, Brothers AJ and wife Liz and Clyde Les and wife Ruth Roberson, 3 nephews John Roberson and wife Sarah, Clyde A.
