He moved to West Frankfort with his mother about 25 years ago and has since made his home here. He was united in marriage to Miss Dora Moore, April 10, 1906. No children were born to this union. On year ago last July he entered Mayo Bros' Hospital where he fast learned that the had the dreadful disease of tuberculosis. He returned home and his health grew worse. Since Labor Day he had been confined to his bed entirely.
He leaves to mourn his loss a wife; two sisters, Mrs Mary Simpson and Nell Robertson of West Frankfort; two uncles, Joe and Ike Simpson; five nephews, Louis and Delmer Simpson, Herbert and Curtis Robertson and Cecil Hall; three nieces, Miss Irene Hall, Mrs Lillian Hooker and Miss Esther Robertson; two sister-in-laws, Mrs Mandy Hall and Mrs Alice Newel; an aged mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Moore and a host of other friends.
