Mrs. Luther Felker, 76 years old of Glen Allen, died November 14 at Cape LaCroix Manor in Cape Girardeau, where she had been a patient several months. The former Miss Veda May Burns was born December 24, 1896 at Poplar Bluff.
On December 24, 1919 she married Mr. Felker, who survives.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Glen Allen.
Also surviving are a son, George Felker of Chaffee, Mo.; a daughter, Mrs. Allen Henderson of Delta, Mo.; two brothers, Fred Burns of Benton, Mo.; and Carlos Burns of Lutesville, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Dora Ossig of Glen Allen, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Glen Allen. Burial was in the cemetery at Glen Allen. Baker Funeral Home of Lutesville was in charge.
