Mr. C. M. Berry, of Atlanta, died yesterday morning in Fort Worth, Tex., after and illness of several weeks from consumption.

The remains will be accompanied to Atlanta by his wife, who was at his bedside when he died. The funeral arrangements will be announced in tomorrow's Constitution.

Mr. Berry was a son of Mr. M. R. Berry and left a wife and four children. Mrs. E. P. McBurney, Mrs. W. M. Crumbly and Mrs. H. P. Scales, of Atlanta, and Mrs. James O. Wright, of Fort Worth, Tex., were his sisters. He was a member of several secret societies and was beloved by all who knew him.
