Mrs. Barrow, a native of England, Ark., was born Oct. 7, 1921. She had lived in Tracy 46 years. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall of Tracy and worked three years as a nurse's aide at the Veterans Affairs clinic in Livermore.
Survivors include five children, Jackie Block of Oklahoma, Linda McConlogue, Pamela Truman and Brenda Harris, all of Tracy, and Marian Barrow of Ripon; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a cousin.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 39 years, Robert M. Barrow, who died in 1989; and two siblings, Eugene Headrick and Pauline Dedman.
The Jan. 3 services will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave.
