Warren E. Tedrow, 90, Martinsville, passed away at 2:03 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born in Morgan County on October 23, 1920 to the late Arthur A. Tedrow and Ella (Branam) Tedrow.

Warren graduated from Martinsville High School in 1939.

He married Norma J. Brummett on November 7, 1942, and she survives in Martinsville.

Warren was a farmer and had been an inspector for the Indiana State Highway Department. During World War II, he served in the United States Army in the European Theater.

He was a member of Liberty Christian Church in Martinsville.

Warren is also survived by his cousin, Ralph Tedrow and wife Vivian of Martinsville.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Albert Tedrow; and three sisters, Ruth McDaniel, Dorothy Tyrrell, and Mary Tedrow.

The service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville with Rev. Kevin Able officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011 at the funeral chapel and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Burial will be at the Hindustan Cemetery in Bloomington. There will be a military service at the graveside.
