Services for Helen I. Havens, 72, Rock Island, are 11 a.m. Monday at Wheelan Funeral Home, Rock Island. Officiating will be the Rev. James Sherouse. Entombment is in the mausoleum at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation is one hour before the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock Island Moose Lodge or Trinity United Methodist Church in Milan.
Mrs. Havens died Thursday, Dec. 25, 1997, at home.
She was born May 25, 1925, in Corydon, Iowa, the daughter of Irwin and Marietta Brown Radcliff. She married William H. Havens Aug. 31, 1946, in Milan. He died Sept. 7, 1991.
She was employed at the former East Moline Works, International Harvester Co., for five years, and earlier worked at White-Rogers Company in Milan for 10 years.
She was a member of Rock Island Moose Lodge. She enjoyed going on the boats.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Robert Jones, Bennett, Iowa, and Marietta Frances and Darrell Dahlquist, Lansing, Mich.; a son, William Wayne Havens; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; sisters and a brother-in-law, Karolyn Petersen, Milan, and Ferrie and John Weston, Sherrard; and a brother and sister-in-law, Doyle and Elsie Radclifff, LeClaire, Iowa.
