On December 3, 1838, Mary Reigal was born in Dark Co. Ohio.
On September 18, 1856, she was united in marriage to John Walker, and to this union there was born eleven children:
Jacob A. Walker, Boyle, Miss; Sara Alfreta (Landaker), Osceola, Mo.; James M. Walker, Watonga, Okla; Olive Sarena (Moran), Lowry City, Mo.; Nehemiah, John Lucas and Nellie M (Lane), all of Pamona; Lydia Francis (Bunch); Agnes Walker and T.F. a boy, deceased.

Mr. Walker and wife moved to Missouri in the fall of 1856 and located in St. Clair county until 1905, and then to Howell County locating near Pomona where they resided since, having been residents of Missouri 55 years.
Mrs. Walker died January 13, 1912, after a sickness of hardly a week at the age of 74 years, 1 month and 10 days.
She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, being a member 22 years.
A short service was held Snyder (sic) after which she was laid to rest in Mackey Cemetery January 14.
