"Louise A. Heppner, 98, died Monday at the Hospitality Hall of the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville.

"Mrs. Heppner was born April 25, 1885, in Oldenburg, the daughter of J. Ferdinand and Philomena Bernens Burdick. She was married to Frank J. Heppner Oct. 25, 1911, in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Oldenburg, and he preceded her in death Oct. 24, 1960.

"She was a member of the Ladies Society of the Holy Family Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons: Howard R. and Virgil F. (Bud) Heppner, both of Oldenburg; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Harry Burdick, and three sisters: Mae Buddendick, Dora Burdick, and Gertrude Tekulvy.

"The mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Oldenburg with the Rev. James Fitzpatrick officiating, and with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Weigel Funeral Home in Batesville, where there will be a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
