He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army.
Mr. Regnier retired from the Joliet Arsenal.
He was a member of Maternity BVM Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, the former Shirley J. Hattenburg, whom he married April 14, 1956, of Lamoille; two sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and Lynda Regnier of Kankakee and Daniel Rose Regnier of Bonville; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Rosalie and Jim Musson of Hudson, Fla., Constance Snapp of Bradley and Gabrielle and Tom Arnold of Orlando, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Petko and Theresa Baughman, both of Kankakee.
Deceased are one granddaughter; three brothers, Lionel ''Buck,'' Eugene ''Gene'' and Armand ''Pete'' Regnier; and six sisters, Mabel Boudreau, Cecile Schuh, Brunette, Mary Rose and Annette Regnier and Jeanette Emerson.
