Mrs. Henderson was the daughter of Abram Joseph Brewbaker, a farmer, and Claudia Vicant/Victoria Styne, both of Botetourt County, VA. She was born their tenth child.

BUCHANAN—Mrs. Helen Brewbaker Henderson, 51, died Friday in University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, VA.

Surviving are her husband, Earl Henderson; two sons, Jimmy and Ramsey Henderson, both of Buchanan; three sisters, Mrs. E.B. Thrasher, Roanoke; Mrs. Leroy Gross, Richmond; and Mrs. A.R. Musick, Portsmouth; five brothers: J.J. Brewbaker, Norfolk; William Brewbaker, Montgomery, Ala.; Alton J. Brewbaker, Waynesboro; Stuart Brewbaker, Lexington; and Carey Brewbaker, Raleigh, N.C.; her mother, Mrs. A.J. Brewbaker, Buchanan; and one grandchild.

The body is at Rader Funeral Home, Buchanan. Funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Wheatland Lutheran Church by the Rev. S.L. Spangler Jr. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
