The family is at the home of Dal and Patsy Stone, Fairview Road, and will receive friends 6:30-8:30 tonight at Charles R. Shealy & Son Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Mrs. Quattlebaum, widow of Sam R. Quattlebaum, died Monday, April 10, 2000. Born in Edgefield Co., she was a daughter of the late Archie L. Hart and Eva Pruitt Hart McIntire. Mrs. Quattlebaum was a member of Praise Church near Leesville. Mrs. Quattlebaum was predeceased by a son, Bo Quattlebaum; grandson, Dodd Stone; sister, Polly Hart; foster brother, Boyd Price.
Surviving are her daughter, Dwailer Q. Stone of Batesburg; son, John H. Quattlebaum of Batesburg; sisters, Myrtle H. Viviano of Batesburg-Leesville, Mary K.H. Abney of Epworth; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
