Patricia Jane Shafer Brewer, 73, of Early, TX, died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Hendrick Hospital in Abilene.
She was born on July 17, 1940 in Gorman, TX to Delbert Shafer and Neda Sparks Shafer.
She was married on May 30, 1993 in Early to Donnie J. Brewer.
In life, she was a dedicated homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She was educated at Dublin High School and Tarleton State University.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Tim Ray of Stephenville; a daughter, Debbie Ray Montgomery of Stephenville; a brother, Mike Shafer of Stephenville; two sisters, Mary Sue Peacock of Stephenville and Linda Greenway of Dublin; two stepsons five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services are Wednesday, March 12 at 2 p.m. at Dublin Live Oak Cemetery, Dean Bradley officiating. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Arrangements made under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home.
