Services Thursday For Ontario Pastor
PAYETTE (Special) --- Funeral services for the Rev. E. M. Mortimore, 78, who died Saturday at his home in Ontario, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ontario Nazarene church with the Rev. Burt Daniels and the Rev. A. W. Wright of the Payette Christian church conducting the services. Burial will be in Rosedale Memorial Park.

The Rev. Mortimore was born at Des Moines, Iowa, May 28, 1865, and moved to Portland, Ore., in 1878. He moved to Ontario about six years ago and has made his home there since. He was married to Hattie Hugben of Portland in 1884. She died in 1894 and he was married to Martha E. Tucker in 1898 at Portland. Besides his wife he survived by two sons, Merton T. Mortimore of Portland and the Rev. Paul D. F. Mortimore of Caldwell, who is national chaplain of the American Legion, and by two daughters, Mrs. Olive H. Peck of Fruitland and Mrs. Evelyn M. Limbaugh of New Plymouth. Eight grandchildren also survive.
