Freda Salyers
Freda Marie Salyers, 72, of Grayson, formerly of Boyd County, died Tuesday morning in King's Daughters' Medical Center after a long illness. Mrs. Salyers was born Nov. 11, 1916, in Elliott County, a daughter of the late Adam and Cynthia Fraley. She was the widow of Earnest C. Salyers. Surviving are four brothers, Farris Fraley of Westwood, James R. Frlaey of Summitt and William S. Fraley and Rudolph Fraley, both of Ashland; four sisters, Nancy Adkins of Argillite, Virginia Slone of Lucasville, Ohio, Alberta McDowell of Ceredo WV and Thelma J Fraley of Ashland. Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Thursday at Carman Funeral home in Flatwoods by the Rev. James P. Cox. Burial will be in Danleyton Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home where friends smay call from 6 to 9pm today.
